Dr Kerry Woodcock is the first woman in
the UK to give birth using a hypnotherapy technique developed
in the US. She endured a 24 hour labour without pain.
Kerry, a 28 year old lecturer from Wigton, Cumbria, believes
childbirth does not have to be a painful experience for
anyone. She opted for a 'HypnoBirth' and has very positive
memories of giving birth to her 8lb 12 oz baby daughter
Lana Beth at home. She lives with her partner Rupert,

The Shaolin monks came to Britain recently
to celebrate life with a display of their unique martial
art form. With a combination of acrobatics, chanting and
drumbeats they showed an incredible focus of mind, performing
amazing feats which should not be humanly possible. They
balanced on the tips of sharp swords without even piercing
the skin and broke steel bars on their heads. They did
not even flinch and their bodies were unscathed. What
