Annie took her Hypnotherapy Diploma through the British Medical Hypnotherapy Examinations board and has also trained in Psycho Neuro Immunology.

Having given birth to her daughter Chloe using self-hypnosis techniques, Annie firmly believes in the natural process of childbirth.
